Introduction

It is essential that we develop and build a long-term relationship that enables an understanding of a brand’s standing and direction. We invest time. With carefully thought-through sessions guided by questions and frameworks, we discover insightful perspectives and leverage them.

Inventive conversations fuel a process that creates breadth and depth. Done collaboratively, conversations open doors to a diverse communication landscape. This effectively positions brand influence within national, regional and global spheres, allowing for unique narratives that resonate corporate directions and brand persona.

Conversation doesn’t just reshuffle the cards, it makes new cards.

Theodore Zeldin

Here's how we create inventive conversations:

Inventive conversations can unearth a wealth of information to build a brand’s information architecture. The breadth and depth of the landscape enable us to categorise your content vertically and horizontally. Like how a tuner works for a radio, an information architecture enables us to ‘tune’ your communications strategy for a multitude of purposes, audiences, channels and platforms. This is how we have been successful in enabling our clients to garner attention, resulting in earned media exposure.

01.

Need for Catalyst

An inventive conversation needs a catalyst, and ours is a two-way insightful conversation guided by questions that we co-create with the leadership team.

02.

Discovering New Ideas

Questions guide our conversations aimed at discovering ideas and insights that allow pertinent topics to be explored in detail.

03.

Impressing New Perspectives

New perspectives provide an impetus to a communications strategy that effectively positions the organisation to its stakeholders.

04.

A Vital Element

Research and benchmarking of narratives provide new insights of how the organisation is impacting the local and regional ecosystem.

05.

Long-term Value

These efforts lead to more meaningful discussions and better engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

06.

Collaboration Opportunities

Ultimately, inventive conversations help an organisation to develop enriching and supportive partnerships with its stakeholders.

The Outcome

01.

Narratives that are researched and benchmarked to be cognisant of the competition.

02.

Narratives that are impactful across various media and social media platform.

03.

Narratives that lead conversations and push thought leadership.

04.

Narratives that secure a voice to build an advocacy agenda.

Our Work

The Journey of Our Work Together

Inspiration

CayD Communications was invited by CSV Sdn Bhd to undertake a project to produce company profiles, leadership/ founder's profile and opinion pieces for nine (9) startups.

C-Suite Conversations

Ensuing from the project briefs, and after some rounds of discussions, we prepared a framework to outline profiles unique to each establishment based on the corresponding questionnaires. We then conducted interviews with the founders and CEOS. These conversations led to company profiles and opinion pieces.

An Education Framework

We created an education framework for the Ministry of Education (MoE)’s review for a client. This leading-edge vision has paved the way for a framework that resonates the incorporation of an education institution committed to equipping learners, as young as pre-school right through to the tertiary level, with character building life skills that focuses on the values of grit, compassion, humility and integrity.

Inspiration

We worked with the founder to create a corporate deck that resonates his vision to inspire young people to become entrepreneurial leaders, who will come together as global citizens to make the world a better place.

Inspiration

Every session that we had with this aspirational leader left us inspired about how much we could, as a society, do to advance early childhood education (ECE). In a session to discuss potential angles for an upcoming symposium, she blurted, "Are they in it for the right reason?" She was referring to stakeholders within the ECE sector.

A partnership with BFM 89.9 radio station. The outburst was the impetus for a content strategy that led to a host of media exposure, including an invitation to speak at BFM89.9 to share her insights on ECE, an area in crucial need of advocacy conversations. It also saw the beginnings of #initfortherightreason advocacy.
